  21. JP|-internal 28.8 Cardinal to V1.4 and the speaker does work.  I can

  33. Uh, the external version *definitely loses the speaker when dialing 
  34. inside a WIN95 compliant program.  If you have older dos or win31 
  35. programs, the sound is fine...
